Real estate video production in Melbourne.

Nonstop Creative House shoots property for the agencies that sell at the top of the Melbourne market, and for the developers and builders behind it. Luxury property video for agencies like Marshall White and Whitefox. Launch campaigns for builders and developers, Hacer and Mirrastone among them. A good part of the work is down on the Mornington Peninsula.

Most agents find us by searching for a real estate videographer in Melbourne. What they get is a production company, and the difference shows in the work below. Watch one before you read on.

The work

Listing videos for agents

The home is shot when it looks its best, which usually means the hour before sunset and, if the light didn't come, the next morning. One crew, with a drone when the block deserves one. The cut you get is the one that goes on realestate.com.au and the agency site, and it comes with vertical versions for Instagram and for the vendor's own phone.

It's billed on the vendor's VPA, the same way the photography is, so it isn't a cost against your commission.

Agents at Marshall White, Whitefox and Ray White Bayside use us for the listings where the video has to carry the campaign.

Campaigns for developers and builders

An off-the-plan launch runs for months and the video has to keep up with it. We come in at the start and stay: the launch piece for the EOI campaign, the flythrough for the display suite screen, short cuts for the sales team's phones, and progress updates as the building goes up, so the buyers who've paid a deposit can see it happening.

Builders use us differently. BDA Homes wanted a brand video that showed how they build. Hacer wanted their 25 years told properly. Both are on the work page.

How a shoot runs

Send the address. We look at the block and the aspect on a map and come back with a quote and two shoot windows. On the day we're there for about two hours for a listing, longer for an estate, and the agent doesn't need to stay past the walk-through. The edit comes back for one round of changes. Then the files go out in every size the campaign needs.

Where we shoot

Melbourne, all of it, and the Mornington Peninsula most weeks. Geelong and the Bellarine when the listing calls for it. Further than that, ask.

Questions

What does a listing video cost?

It depends on the property and what the campaign needs, so send the address and we come back with a quote. Almost every agency bills it on the vendor's VPA.

Do you shoot on the Mornington Peninsula?

Most weeks. Peninsula listings are part of the regular run.

Can we get vertical versions for social?

Yes. Every listing cut comes with 9:16 versions sized for Instagram and the agent's own channels.

What do you need from the agent on the day?

The house presented as it would be for the photos, and someone to let us in. The agent's piece to camera, if there is one, takes ten minutes.

Who can use the video?

The agency and the vendor, wherever the campaign runs. If we want to show it as our own work we ask first.

How far ahead should we book?

A week ahead is comfortable. Shorter notice usually works; ask.

Do you work with developers as well as agents?

Yes. Off-the-plan launches, display suites and construction updates, for developers and for the builders behind them. Hacer, Mirrastone and Plumbline are clients.

Send the address.

You'll get a quote and two shoot windows back. If you'd rather see the short version first, the property page is one screen.
